I was inspired by an Asian dress and a bubble skirt. I also love navy fabric with white polka dots. I however do not like that the usual Asian dresses have very tight skirts. I think it would be fun to add pockets to this dress, as seen in the black and white drawing, so that it can be practical. I think it is a versatile design that can be both formal and casual depending on the fabric choice, i.e. satin or cotton. I would use white bias tape for the collar and armholes and white grosgrain ribbon for the waist. I would make the hem out of white non-stretchy fabric. I hope that you like it and vote for it.

I love the idea with the extra pockets, I also think Asian dresses are too tight so I like the puffy style.
Great pattern!
