It's a dress I wished I could buy somewhere. It's simple, light and colourful without looking like clown fabric (I hope). With a bubble skirt or without, a loose fit and a ribbon at the back.

I never saw the perfect fabric but I have a few ideas!
For a light summer dress you can make your own print with fabric markers or paints using a stamp(like the eraser on your pencil) and a scarf or cotton lace for the ribbon.
For synthetic fabrics I would sew or glue secuins. Colourful on white or silver on black silky fabric with a black lace ribbon. And for a really fun dress you can even use buttons.

I think the options are endless!
