Polka dot pants!! I swear I've seen polka dot pants on the runway somewhere recently and I think we all need a pair!

These pants will be quite fitted, but more tailored than skinny-jean style. Late 1950s tapered legs like the vintage sewing pattern in my second photo, but without the crotch that sits halfway down your thigh.
High waisted with pockets in front and welted pocked at the back.
The button on the front waistband is purely cosmetic and can be left out - the zip needs to be at the side, leaving the front flat and flattering.
Legs to be just a bit long so that you can turn them up at the bottom, making your ankles stick out and showing off your awesome brogues/platform heels/canvas sneakers.

Make in a pinspot with contrasting fabric for the pocket edges, or any size polka dot or even a multisize spot fabric.
