This one is a bit complex, basically the front and the back would be built pretty differently. The front would fan out at the bottom, gathered with wide ties sewn into the side seams. The back would be 2 pieces, gathered at the yoke, overlapping to create a bit of a cut out, also sewn into the side seam as to create a draping effect.
