I am so glad this challenge was for tops! Dresses seem like the go-to, so I like seeing more skits and tops one here. Guess my Dottie blouse was one challenge too early.

Anyway, here is a casual top with a dramatic collar. It would be a little loose fitting and gather into the band at the bottom, sleeves would be practically non-existent. The collar would be come up higher in the back and then drape down in the front into a double layered, asymmetrical, handkerchief sort of a look.
