I love maxi skirts that flutter around my legs when I walk so I came up with this fun swirly skirt. This is a 6-panel skirt with the panels twisted around the legs. It is fitted in the waist and hip area and then flares out into a floor sweeping full skirt at the hem.

I would make one more casual in crinkled cotton or rayon voile which is perfect for a day on the beach or with a nice silk top for lunch in town with your friends (or at work if you don't have to wear a suit).
I would also make a fancy one in silk crepe back satin for dinners and parties. In this one I would alternate the crepe and satin as right side in the panels for a subtle shiny/matte effect.

And then I would probably make some more, because this is so me =)
