Without a shadow of a doubt, my favourite, most useful dress that I have ever owned was a navy mini dress that I had when I was about 14. My dress idea is inspired by that wonderful dress - it was suitable for almost every single occasion. My new dress has an awesome heart shaped cut out in the back - which could be left open or covered with lace, organza or a contrasting fabric. It can be work with heals, with pumps, with wellies, with a cardi for work, with a fascinator for the races.
