Pants balloon out slightly from the boday and narrow in towards the ankles. A sail like projection at the back creates a slight 'drag' by resisting the movement of air around the wearer, causing the pants to stand out from the body and keeping the wearer cool.
Suggested fabrics slightly stiff silk-wool suiting or soft and flowy wool crepe.
