Okay, I'm trying, but my drawing is not getting better, sorry!!!! :-)
I always feel uncomfortable with short skirts because I never know how to sit without exposing myself, so I tried to make a short skirt even I could survive an evening in!!! *lol*
It has short bubbly bloomers built in, maybe made of stiff taffeta or something like that. Over that a layer of chiffon or organza - this also peeks out at the waistline, with a paperbag effect (hmmm. where did I get that inspiration from... :)))))
On top is a short tartan kilt, classically pleated. because of all the stuff underneath, the taffeta and the chiffon, the kilt should have a nicely exaggerated flared a-shape.
The belt has no function, only decoration and mainly because I don't know how to draw a waistline!!!!!! It is crocheted with a big crocheted flower instead of a buckle!
About the colours I'm not sure, what do you guys think?? Maybe dark red would be better or purple, I seem to always go for green and blue, don't know why!!1

Too cute... I love the bloomers underneath. It's like instant modesty.
