   Hello,

   I've signed up and tried to download a couple patters. When I try and download them (choose the american size and select A4 download) it asks me to sign in - so I do so and it redirects me to the index page. When I then try and download again it asks me to sign in again! It just keeps looping me around.

   HELP!!!

   Hi Lauren,
   that is really strange! What browser do you use and what type of computer are you on?
   Windows or Mac? I'm sure we can sort this out!

   Ok, not sure if this is the problem, but for anyone else who might have the same problem. When the size menu drops down and you pick your size, make sure it isn't highlighted blue when you click to download the
   PDF, worked for me!

   I had this problem using Chrome on a Windows XP computer. I switched to IE 7 and it worked (go figuere)!

   Looks like you cant download if youre using firefox, only IE.

   I'm sorry, but I really cannot find the problem here. We tested all browsers on Mac and Windows, and they all work fine here (I use Firefox all the time and never had an issue). If you have problems downloading, please report in this thread, with your system information.

   Windows 7, Firefox with latest update. I can open the PDFs but I can't get them to download. It should, and everything pops up, but neither the icon or ctrl+shift+s work here.

   Explorer works fine, tho, so it seems to be a FF issue.

   SewDucky, thanks for letting us know. Could it be that you have some third-party software installed that displays the PDF file in your Firefox rather than letting you download it? If that is so, it is possibly best to check the Help for that software to see how it lets you save an open file to your computer.

    I did look before posting, so it's not that either. I also got forced into an upgrade (I got the laptop for Xmas) on FF for the latest version of it, so I have a feeling it's still a little buggy on Mozilla's end.

    In any event, I can work around it. I did notice that 20% of the time can download with FF from pdf (from any site) and the rest I can't, which leads me to believe that it's the browser version.

    Hello everyone! I have been having an issues as well. I can actually download all the patterns except the "Everywear Tails" I can do it on the A4 but not the A0. It is the only one I am having trouble with. I have no issue with using a lot of tape (^_^) but I thought you might need to know this. I did try several times and it crashes my Google Chrome every time I try. I am really enjoying this site!!

    Hello Miss Kim. I tried to download the "Everywear Tails" on a different system and worked just fine. Must have been my computer or my lack of computer skills :) Now I have the pattern. It is just as well my daughter helped me since she will probably take the outfit when I am done with it. :)
